License Agreement

Please read following license agreement carefully before download.

Software License Agreement
1. "The software" in this agreement refers to Multilevel Digital Signature System for Enterprise (MDSS) including documents and database file. Toplen Tech, Co., Ltd owns the software and retains all copyrights in the software. "The owner" in this agreement refers to " Toplen Tech, Co., Ltd ".
2. The software is made up of client part and server part. This agreement is applicable to each part.
3. If you accept and abide by this agreement, you can install and use the software.
4. If you install the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user must accept and abide by this agreement.
5. If you had stored or installed the software, unless you accept and abide by this agreement, you may uninstall the software and remove all its copies.
6. Unless you get written authorization from the owner, you are not allowed to use the software for commercial aims. Commercial aims include but not limit to loan, rent, lease, borrow or other activities aim at commercial benefit.
7. If you want to publish or transfer the software for noncommercial aims, you are not allowed to provide or refers to the program of the software directly, unless you get written authorization from the owner. You must link to or provide the URL address of the download page of the software created by the owner.
8. Unless enforcement is prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify, decompile, decompose, append, or reverse engineer the software and files created by the software.
9. Because of inherence of software, the owner disclaim any warranty to the software and is not responsible for any damages because using the software.
10. Before you register the software form owner, the software is Free Edition. The owner does not provide any support and services to the Free Edition, unless warrant it in special agreement.
11. The owner retains all other rights in the software that are not mention in this agreement.
