Users Certificates Manage

You can sign electronic file and verify signatures in any location in the world. There are two methods to make it possible to use MDSS without network.

Local Key Sign:  Make you can sgin file without network.

Users Certificates Manage:   Make you can verify signatures without network.

Users Certificates is the base to verify signature. MDSS Server keeps Users Certificates. The MDSS client can download certificates from MDSS server and store them at local PC. When working in "Local Pc" mode, signature verification is based on local users certificates.

When open the main program with "Net Login" or "Net Anonym" mode. the program will check local certificates, if the program find that these certificates are downloaded before 12 hours ago, a automatic synchronization will be done.

You can also do download by yourself. To do this, do "Net Login" or "Net Anonym", then click "Users Certificates Manage > Server Synchronization" .

If you can't connect intranet, you can tell your colleague in the company to export users certificates as a *.cers file. and send *.cers file to you. Then you should import the certificates into your PC.

To export certificates, click "Users Certificates Manage > Certificates Export".

To import certificates, click "Users Certificates Manage > Certificates Import" .
