File Clerk -Solidify and Adjust Signed File

Administrator can appoint a users as file clerk.

File clerk can:

1. Solidify current opened signed file by select "File>Solidify". Anyone can't add signature into a solidified signed file or adjust signatures in the file.
2. Adjust or delete any signature(s) in a signed file before solidifying. Yet, a common user can only adjust or delete signature(s) belong to himself or herself.
