Parameter setting
After installation, please set parameters firstly. On beginning window, click "Parameter" to open the "Parameter Setting" window.
Input correct Server IP, Main service port and Login service port. If you don't know correct parameters, please ask administrator.
Make personal signature graphics [PSG]

Register new user
Launch the software, at beginning window, click "Net Anonym". Main window will appears, if not, please restart the program and check parameters.
In Main window, select "Account Manage > Resister New User”. In New User window, fill in correct information then click "Submit".
Signature Graphics is not indispensable. If no signature graphics is selected, After your account is authorized, a personal bar code will be used as your signature graphics. 
Please memorize your password.
Password packing
After administrator tell you that your account is authorized, you can do "Net Login" and then do password packing. It is very important. Please don't ignore packing your login password.
Signing
In beginning window, input username and password, click "Net Login", main window will appear. Now you can do signing. Before do signing operation, you should know two kinds of signed file in MDSS.
Complex Signed File [ wds file ]：When sign a file in the computer, for example, sign a MS Word .doc file, a .gif image file or a .zip file. the file to be signed is original file. All signatures make up of a signed page. wds file wrap the original file and the signed page together.
Single Signed Page [ rds file ] ：No original file, only an signed page is wrapped in the rds file. Because every signer can add signed message in his or her signature, all signed message is the main content of the rds file.

Create Single Signed Page [ rds file ]

Input you signed message and then click 
, you can see your signature in Signed Page.
Create Complex Sighed File [ wds file ]
Click 
to create wds file. MDSS will inform you to select original file. By default, MDSS will automatically open a duplicate of the original file by default application. You can view the duplicate before signing. The signing operation is
same with singing rds file.
Open a signed file [Verify signature]
In MS Windows, double click the wds file or rds file , windows will launch MDSS program. Click "Net Login", "Net Anonym" or "Local PC", Then singed file will be opened.
After opening a signed file, system do signature verification process automatically. If a signature pass verification, the signature graphics will be displayed normally. If verification failed or there is a lack of depended signature, the program will show relevant message.
A verified signature
Unable to be verified or invalid signature
There are some possible messages when the signature is unable to be verified or invalid.
Can't find user's certificate at server side, distrustful signature!
At "Net Login" or "Net Anonym" mode, this message may appear. It means the sign key of the signature is illegal.
Can't find user's certificate at local PC, verification cancel!
At "Local Pc " mode, this message may appear. It means that program can't find signer's certificate at local pc. So the verification can't be done. To understand local user's certificates, click here.
! Illegal, the signature is created by a lost key
It means the sign key had been reported the loss when do signing by it.
! Signature can not pass verification！
It means the content of the signed file had been modified after adding the signature.
