    1. See common user(s).
    2. See file clerk(s).
    3. See new user(s) waiting for authorization.
    4. See suspended user(s). A suspended user can't login and do signing with "Web Key" mode. Suspended state can be canceled by administrator.
    5. See stopped user(s). A stopped user can't login and do signing. However his or her signatures signed before being stopped are keeping valid.
    6. Arrange user(s) list order by department.
    7. Arrange user(s)(s) list order by user name.
    8. Reverse current order.
    9. Change the selected user to common user.
    10. Change the selected user to file clerk.
    11. Change the selected user to suspended user.
    12. Cancel suspended state of the selected suspended user.
    13. Authorize the registration of the selected new user.
    14. Refuse the registration of the selected new user, then delete the new user.
    15. Unpack password pack for selected user. Password pack is a *.pap file storing password safely. It can help user to prevent forgetting password. Every user can make password pack, but only the administrator can unpack it.

    16. If user input correct username with wrong password and then do net login, server look it as a wrong login. When server receive many wrong logins of a same user from a same PC in a period, server will pause the login service for 4 hours to this user on this PC. "User Unlock" can stop the pause.

    17. Allow personal signature graphics[PSG] to the selected user .
    18. Disallow PSG to the selected user.
    19. Change the selected user to stopped user (see 5).
    20. Input the name of the user to be searched.
    21. Search the user according the inputted name.
    22. The maximum valid user amount. This number is decided by software registration.
    23. Current valid user amount. Every users, except the stopped users, is valid user.
    24. How many users per page.
